Naturopath with OdA AM Certificate in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Mounia Jammal-Pichard

My professional beginnings were in radio broadcasting. Through studies in art history and Islamic studies, and several years working at a Parisian auction house, it was ultimately my own body that led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

TCM supported me effectively during a time of physical transformation – during my pregnancy. It showed me methods to restore the flow of our life energy in a variety of ways. It is precisely this wide range of possibilities to reconnect with one’s own body, to live more consciously in harmony with the seasons, and to align nutrition accordingly, that continues to inspire me again and again.

I am grateful for the opportunity to accompany and support others in these processes and to share my knowledge. It is particularly important to me that we, as TCM practitioners, build networks and holistic exchange platforms with conventional medical doctors and other healthcare professionals, in order to design the best possible treatment in the interest of our patients.

Outside of my practice, much to the amusement of my family, I can spend hours in museums and galleries. I am passionate about newly published books or a new theatre production at the Schauspielhaus. I rarely say no to good coffee, high-quality dark chocolate, or engaging podcasts.

Alongside and following my studies, I have continuously deepened my knowledge, with a focus on TCM in pregnancy and postpartum care, fertility and reproductive health, as well as Master Tung’s acupuncture method in gynecological practice.

I speak German, French, English, and Darija (Moroccan Arabic).
