Traditional
Chinese Medicine

TCM stands for Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a holistic medical system that has been practiced in China for over 2,000 years. TCM includes a range of therapeutic methods such as Acupuncture, Tui Na, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Cupping, Auricular Acupuncture and Nutritional Therapy.

Another important aspect is Yangsheng – a concept of nurturing life and maintaining health. Its aim is to preserve and promote physical and mental well-being through a combination of therapeutic bodywork, movement, meditation, and nutrition.

Yangsheng teaches us to create balance between the three essential treasures: “Qi” – vital energy, “Jing” – Essence, and “Shen” – Spirit. In the context of modern life, Yangsheng can be understood as a deeper, more mindful approach to preventive healthcare.

About me

I first came into contact with Traditional Chinese Medicine during my pregnancy. During this time, I discovered the wide range of TCM methods, which have accompanied me ever since.

A few years later, I began my training as a naturopathspecializing in TCM and Tui Na, and I have since continued to deepen my knowledge, particularly in the fields of gynecology, pregnancy, and cosmetic acupuncture.
