One day after the International Women's Day, I will be part of the panel discussion following the screening of The M Factor 2 โ Before the Pause: Perimenopause at Impact Hub Zurich.
The evening is organized by unboxing cycles , who invited me to contribute a TCM perspective to the discussion.
It matters that conversations around perimenopause include perspectives from complementary therapy and that Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has a voice in these spaces.
In clinical practice, this topic is not a niche. It is part of everyday reality.
My focus on women's health was a conscious decision, shaped by my own lived experience. The more I deepen my training and clinical work, the clearer it becomes how much we can support and positively influence in this field: through TCM, through mycotherapy and through interdisciplinary collaboration and conversation.
But before anything else, we need open dialogue.
We need exchange.
We need education.
And we need to remove the taboo.
I look forward to contributing insights from my work and to being part of this important discussion.
