“Mounia, how long will I need to come for TCM treatments? Will it take a long time?”

I've been hearing this question more and more often lately, and it's absolutely justified.

The answer: It depends.

Because no two women have the same history, the same body, or the same life circumstances.

I work with women,

🤎 who want to fulfill their desire to have children and would like to support their cycle beforehand,

🤎 those who experience discomfort during pregnancy or want to strengthen themselves during the postpartum period,

🤎 those suffering from menstrual irregularities, severe PMS or exhaustion,

🤎 those who feel out of balance after hormonal changes,

🤎 those struggling with digestive issues, migraines, or sleep problems,

🤎 or simply feel: My body functions, but it no longer feels like me.

How long a TCM treatment lasts depends on:

☯️ How long have the symptoms been present?

☯️ What is your current constitution (in TCM: Qi, Blood, Yin, Yang)?

☯️ What does your daily routine look like: stress, sleep, diet, breaks?

☯️ What is your medical history and what medications are you currently taking?

Sometimes a short course of treatment over a few weeks is enough to restore the body to its natural balance. In other cases, it takes several months to gradually resolve a deeper imbalance, especially if it has developed over years.

It is a process of understanding, getting to the root of the issue, and moving forward, always at a mindful pace and in harmony with your everyday life.
